Yes, the time when oh so many things were being invented. Lo and behold, they also needed a way to destroy important documents. And when the time came to hire someone to create a way to do their chore easily, they got a hold of a most brilliant someone. And that someone was known as Madame Pikatso. Gifted in the art of reforming papers without so much as a flick of her dainty paw, she was the last heir of the family business. We now know her idea as our modern day paper shredder.
